There is I think, no doubt that the proposed grant will be in accordance with 1893 rules, quoted in 1831, out half the cost of building in each case. Cost of $925-5-0 in the other.
On that assumption & on the assumption that the wants will come of a vote of $20,220 for grants-in-aid will not be a surplus.
